Through the Catholic Foundation of Santa Clara County's Rooted in Faith - Embracing Our Future campaign, Catholic leaders in Santa Clara County will together reach out to individuals, corporations and foundations to share their vision of the future of the Church and seek the generous support of many. Through this generosity, the financial obstacles of the future can be minimized. Guided by our mission and overseen by our board of directors, the Foundation provides grants that make a difference in our community.
